Job Description

Blue Group of Companies is seeking an experienced Admin Incharge to oversee and manage all administrative operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth functioning of daily office activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate all administrative functions and office operations
  • Manage and mentor administrative staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance
  • Oversee office maintenance, facilities management, and vendor relationships
  • Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and workflows
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless administrative support
  • Manage office supplies, equipment inventory, and procurement processes
  • Handle correspondence, documentation, and record-keeping systems
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements for senior management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Prepare administrative reports and present them to senior management
  • Handle employee queries and resolve administrative issues promptly


Requirement

  • Proven experience as Admin Incharge, Office Manager, or similar supervisory role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and administrative software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Knowledge of office management procedures and best practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
