• Manage day-to-day administration and communication for the Punjab Human Capital Investment Project.
• Maintain organisational calendars and schedule meetings.
• Prepare reports on office expenses and budgets.
• Oversee office facility upkeep, safety and security.
• Arrange travel and accommodation for staff.
• Organise seminars, workshops and events, and manage inventory and requisitions.
• Provide administrative support to technical teams.
• 16-year education in Business Administration, Social Sciences or related discipline from an HEC-recognised university.
• Minimum three years of administrative or office management experience.
• Age 18–70; both male and female candidates may apply.
• Punjab domicile required.
• Strong planning, organisational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
