AMAZON SPECIALIST

NXT Labs is seeking a dedicated Amazon Specialist to join our e-commerce team for night shift operations. This role offers excellent opportunities to work with Amazon's platform while contributing to our growing online retail presence in a dynamic work environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage comprehensive Amazon seller account operations and product listings
• Optimize product listings for search visibility and conversion rate improvement
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain for timely restocking
• Handle customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback management effectively
• Analyze sales performance data and implement strategies for revenue growth
• Coordinate Amazon PPC campaigns and advertising optimization
• Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and marketplace regulations

• Proven experience in Amazon marketplace management and operations
• Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and FBA processes
• Knowledge of Amazon SEO, keyword optimization, and listing enhancement
• Experience with Amazon advertising and PPC campaign management
• Analytical skills for sales data interpretation and performance optimization
• Excellent communication skills for customer service and stakeholder coordination
• Ability to work effectively during night shift hours
• Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational abilities
