Job Description

Attock Petroleum Limited, a leading Oil Marketing Company, is seeking an Assistant Manager Administration to support smooth functioning of administration and human resources operations. Two positions available - one at each location.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Support smooth functioning of Administration and Human Resources operations by ensuring effective people management, compliance with labor laws, and provision of efficient administrative services
  • Handle and monitor daily administrative matters including fleet management, facilities management, safety and security of company offices, installations, and bulk oil terminals
  • Supervise day-to-day operations of administrative department and staff members while ensuring high standards of company discipline and code of conduct
  • Maintain liaison with government offices for arranging various NOCs and managing necessary compliance and local administrative matters
  • Investigate and address all breaches of company discipline promptly and effectively
  • Facilitate and coordinate proposals for buying lands based on requirements and finalize deals in coordination with Head Office
  • Manage all owned and rental properties of APL in the assigned region
  • Acquire new office locations and make lease agreements based on organizational requirements
  • Submit periodic reports to Manager (Administration) related to administrative assignments and activities

Requirement


  • Master's degree preferably in Public Administration
  • 7-10 years of relevant experience in Oil Marketing Company (OMC) in a leading role
  • Proven track record in administration and human resources management

  • Excellent communication (speaking and writing) and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities
  • Team supervision and leadership experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office and report preparation
  • Knowledge of legal compliance, HSE, and labor laws
