ASSISTANT MANAGER QHSE

TCS Pakistan is seeking a skilled Assistant Manager QHSE to lead and maintain safety, compliance, and operational efficiency within our South Region operations. This role offers excellent opportunities to shape QHSE systems while fostering a safety-focused culture in the logistics industry.

QHSE Leadership Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain comprehensive QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) systems in alignment with regulations and industry best practices
• Conduct thorough internal audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations
• Lead QHSE training programs, safety drills, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure supplier and contractor QHSE compliance through monitoring and evaluation
• Prepare and present detailed reports on QHSE KPIs and performance metrics
• Manage emergency preparedness and business continuity planning (BCP)
• Foster safety-focused organizational culture and promote QHSE awareness

Required Qualifications

• Graduate degree required, Master's degree strongly preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar QHSE role, preferably in logistics industry
• Proven expertise in QHSE auditing and risk assessment methodologies
• Experience in incident investigation and emergency response management
• Knowledge of business continuity planning and crisis management
• Strong training and development capabilities for QHSE programs
• Understanding of regulatory compliance and safety standards
• Professional certifications in QHSE, safety management, or related areas preferred
