Assistant & UDC – Ministry of Defence (PASB)

The Ministry of Defence invites applications from eligible Pakistani nationals for the following positions. These roles are available in various Defence Accounts Sub Offices (DASBs) under the Pakistan Armed Services Board, Rawalpindi. Candidates meeting the qualification and experience criteria are encouraged to apply.

Assistant (BPS-15)

• Graduate (14 years of education) from a recognized institution.
• Must complete a six-week Basic IT Training Course including MS Office from NITB during the probation period.
• Maximum age limit: 50 years.

Upper Division Clerk (UDC) (BPS-13)

• Intermediate or equivalent qualification.
• Must complete a three-week Basic IT Training Course including MS Office from NITB during the probation period.
• Maximum age limit: 45 years.

The positions are based at the Pakistan Armed Services Board (PASB) Headquarters and regional Defence Accounts Sub Offices across Pakistan. Candidates will serve on a regular basis as per government service rules.

Applicants must meet the eligibility requirements and submit complete applications as outlined below. Incomplete or late applications will not be accepted.

• Attach attested copies of CNIC, domicile, educational certificates, experience documents, and recent photographs.
• Applicants retired from Armed Forces must include their discharge certificate (LPR) and pension book.
• Disabled candidates must attach a certificate issued by a recognized medical board.
• Applications must be sent to the Director (Coordination), Pakistan Armed Services Board, Rawalpindi within the specified timeline.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for the test or interview.
• No TA/DA will be provided for attending the test or interview.
• Age relaxation will be given according to government rules for special, retired, or disabled categories.
• Government employees should apply through the proper channel.
