Perform regular strategic market intelligence activities on competitors, market opportunities, and clients' needs.
Supervise the implementation of branch commercial strategy and prospection plan.
Be a driving force in building partnerships and fostering healthy relationships with branch partners.
Ensure the quality of the loan files presented in the loan committee by the members of the branch.
Support the recovery actions of the branch.
Ensure the proper implementation of the Bank strategy and branch action plans.
Closely monitor the commercial performance of the branch to ensure that commercial objectives are met (both in quantity and quality).
Communicate the branch's business objectives, accomplishments, and action plans during regular meetings and coordinate teams to achieve goals.
Coach employees under direct supervision (OM, RM) to develop their technical skills (prospecting, credit analysis, recovery) and managerial skills (team management, work organization).
Ensure strict compliance of branch activities according to the company’s standards (policies, procedures, and guidelines), with special regard to completeness of documentation.
Ensure that the branch has enough liquidity and cash in hand to perform daily activities and anticipate treasury needs.
Deal with emergency issues (fire, robbery, serious misbehavior of staff or client) and perform regular tests of alarm systems and CCTV cameras.

Qualifications
Graduate along with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience.
