Job Description

Analysis & Documentation Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze comprehensive business requirements from clients and stakeholders
  • Document workflows and business processes clearly and comprehensively
  • Collaborate effectively with developers and designers to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Support clients with detailed insights and reports for improved decision-making
  • Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements
  • Participate in project planning and requirement validation sessions
  • Create detailed functional specifications and user stories

Requirement

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and documentation software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field preferred
