Business Development Manager

Role Details

• Location: Pakistan (Remote)
• Salary: Rs. 40,000/month base + performance-based commission
• Type: Full-time

• Minimum 3 years of BDM experience in a reputable company (references required)
• Fluent spoken English — must be confident on calls with international clients
• Strong written English — able to write clear, professional emails
• Sales mindset — hungry to find clients, close deals, and build relationships
• Self-motivated — able to work remotely and report weekly performance
• Comfortable with outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other platforms

Commission Structure

You will earn a percentage of the company’s profit from each completed job. The more profit you generate, the higher your commission rate.

Bonus Triggers

• Monthly profit Rs. 100,000+ = Rs. 10,000 bonus
• 5 repeat clients onboarded = Rs. 5,000 loyalty bonus
• Rs. 1,000,000 total profit milestone = Rs. 25,000 bonus

Commission Example

If you close a Rs. 175,000 job and the company earns Rs. 35,000 profit, you earn Rs. 5,250 commission.
