Job Description
The Ministry of Planning, Development and Special Initiatives is hiring a Climate Change Specialist under the PSDP project “National Economic Transformation & 5Es Unit (NETU)” on a contract basis. The role involves climate-related policy analysis, project oversight, and technical support across environmental projects.
The contract is initially for two years, extendable based on performance. Maximum age limit is 50 years on the closing date.

Requirement
- PhD in Environmental Science, Climate Science, or a related discipline, OR
- Master’s degree in a relevant field from an HEC-recognized university.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in food security, sustainable agriculture, environmental management, or climate change project implementation.
- Age limit: Maximum 50 years.
- Ability to work in government project environments.
