COLD CALLER REQUIRED

Core Functions

• Execute outbound calling campaigns to prospective clients using structured scripts
• Present company services effectively and generate customer interest and engagement
• Identify and qualify potential leads before transferring to sales team
• Document accurate call records and schedule appropriate follow-up activities
• Meet weekly and monthly lead generation targets and performance metrics
• Handle customer objections professionally while maintaining positive rapport
• Support business development initiatives through strategic prospecting activities
