Job Description
- Receive prospects and clients, answering their questions by providing information on the benefits, pricing, and conditions of the products and services offered.
- Gather information from prospects to identify their profile, eligibility, and potential needs, and input these details into the appropriate tools.
- Create new clients and accurately record their information in the appropriate information systems.
- Carry out operations to subscribe clients to products and services (e.g., opening accounts, subscription to services) and perform account-related operations (e.g., transfers, issuance of ATM cards and chequebooks).
- Record clients’ loan applications and explain the next steps and required documents.
- Prepare loan disbursements and conduct pre-disbursement interviews with clients.
- Record and manage clients’ complaints effectively.
- Classify and archive client files in the branch according to the archiving procedure.
- Ensure Fair Trade and Customer Protection principles in all client interactions, promoting trust, fairness, transparency, and accountability.
- Provide outstanding customer service by creating a friendly environment, greeting and acknowledging every client, maintaining excellent standards, demonstrating strong product knowledge, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
