CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

Job Description

We are recruiting Customer Service Executives with strong Excel capabilities and outstanding communication skills to join our expanding team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service support
  • Manage customer data and maintain accurate records using Excel
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
  • Process customer requests and ensure timely follow-ups

Requirement


  • Excellent communication abilities (both verbal and written)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Previous customer service experience is advantageous
  • Ability to work night shifts (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM, Monday to Friday)
