Job Description

Customer Service Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support through various communication channels
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally and efficiently
  • Manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining quality service standards
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to resolve customer issues
  • Maintain calm and professional demeanor during high-stress situations
  • Follow established CSR protocols and procedures for consistent service delivery

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree preferred with strong academic background
  • 6 months to 1 year of customer support or related experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong multitasking abilities with effective time management and prioritization
  • Ability to work calmly and efficiently under high-stress situations
  • Team collaboration skills with positive work attitude
  • Basic knowledge of customer service representative (CSR) handling procedures
  • Male candidates only as specified by company requirements
