As part of our expansion, we’re looking for skilled and reliable Remote Customer Service Representatives to join our scheduling support team.

The Role

This is a full-time, long-term remote position for candidates based in Pakistan. You will be directly supporting our US-based clients and teams, ensuring smooth scheduling operations and reliable communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update employee and client schedules in advance.
  • Handle last-minute scheduling changes with professionalism.
  • Maintain a backup list of available staff for emergencies.
  • Clearly communicate schedule updates to employees.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams for seamless operations.

Requirement


  • 1–3 years of professional experience in customer service, scheduling, or administrative support (U.S.-based experience preferred).
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken & written).
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Dependable, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
  • Availability to work evening/night shifts, 6 days per week (EST zone).
  • Must be located within Pakistan.

Note

This role is best suited for candidates who already have 1–3 years of relevant experience and are seeking long-term stability in a professional remote environment.
