National Testing Service – Pakistan (NTS) is seeking a qualified and experienced professional for the position of Director Operations. The position is based at the NTS head office in Islamabad. The selected individual will be responsible for managing the operational functions of the organization and ensuring that all testing and examination processes are carried out effectively and transparently.

This role requires leadership, strategic planning, and operational oversight to support the organization’s objectives and maintain its reputation as a credible testing body. You will oversee operations, manage staff performance, and ensure compliance with established policies and standards.

• Supervise daily operational activities and ensure smooth execution of testing services.
• Develop and implement operational strategies for nationwide testing programs.
• Coordinate with government, private, and educational institutions for test administration.
• Monitor and evaluate operational performance to improve accuracy and reliability.
• Lead operational teams, set targets, and ensure timely completion of objectives.
• Ensure compliance with Section 42 of the Companies Act and organizational regulations.
