District and Session Court Hyderabad Jobs 2025 for (BPS-16 to BPS-02)

The District and Sessions Judge Hyderabad is inviting applications from eligible male and female candidates for multiple posts. The positions are open to residents of Hyderabad who meet the required qualifications and experience criteria.

Available positions include Stenographer, Junior Clerk, Bailiff, Naib Qasid, Chowkidar, Sweeper, Lift Operator, and Mali. Each role supports the administrative and operational functions of the District and Sessions Court, ensuring smooth day-to-day workflow and public service delivery.

• Manage clerical and record-keeping duties as assigned by the court administration.
• Assist in document preparation, filing, and correspondence handling.
• Operate office equipment, manage typing or shorthand tasks where applicable.
• Perform duties related to court maintenance, transport, or operational support.
• Provide assistance to court officers and help maintain discipline and cleanliness.
• Support visitors, manage files, and ensure proper record organization within the office.

These positions offer an opportunity to serve in the judiciary department while developing administrative and technical experience in a structured government setting.

Applicants must meet the following educational qualifications, experience, and age requirements as per each post. Only candidates with Hyderabad domicile are eligible to apply.

Stenographer (BPS-16)

• Intermediate from a recognized institution.
• Proficiency in MS Office with a certificate from a recognized institution.
• Shorthand speed of 80 words per minute and typing speed of 40 words per minute.
• Age limit: 21 to 25 years.

Junior Clerk (BPS-11)

• Intermediate from a recognized institution.
• Proficiency in MS Office with a certificate from a recognized institution.
• Typing speed of 40 words per minute.
• Age limit: 21 to 25 years.

Bailiff (BPS-05)

• Matriculation from a recognized board.
• Basic understanding of court operations preferred.
• Age limit: 20 to 28 years.

Naib Qasid (BPS-03)

• Primary education required.
• Preference for skilled candidates with experience in electrician, AC repair, carpentry, or driving.
• Age limit: 20 to 28 years.

Chowkidar, Sweeper, Lift Operator, and Mali (BPS-02 & BPS-03)

• Primary qualification required.
• Experience in relevant field preferred (gardening, cleaning, equipment operation).
• Age limit: 20 to 28 years.
