Electrical Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and test electrical systems and components for various applications (e.g., power distribution, control systems, lighting, communications).
• Knowledge of PLC programming and HMI Designing.
• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and documentation using CAD software.
• Conduct feasibility studies, cost estimates, and project risk assessments.
• Ensure electrical systems and installations meet safety standards and comply with relevant codes and regulations.
• Perform system calculations including load analysis, short-circuit studies, and voltage drop.
• Collaborate with mechanical, civil, and software engineers as part of cross-functional project teams.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide engineering support for ongoing operations or existing systems.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
• Ensure all work is done according to project timelines and within budget.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in electrical engineering.
• Proficiency in engineering and design software such as AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes (e.g., NEC, IEC) and safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional Engineer (PEC) license or equivalent (or working toward certification).
• Experience with automation systems.
• Familiarity with project management tools and practices.
