Environment Protection and Climate Change Department Punjab Jobs 2025 – Strategic Communication Cell

The Environment Protection and Climate Change Department, Government of Punjab, invites applications from qualified candidates for various positions under the ADP Scheme “Strategic Communication Cell.” These roles are based in Lahore and aim to support the department’s communication, awareness, and outreach programs related to environmental protection and climate initiatives.

Available positions include Animator, Motion Graphics Artist, Content Creator (English), and SEO Expert. Selected candidates will work closely with the Strategic Planning and Implementation Unit to develop engaging media content, enhance online visibility, and support awareness campaigns.

• Create and manage communication materials for digital and print platforms.
• Develop graphics, motion visuals, and multimedia content for campaigns.
• Assist in creating online awareness regarding environmental programs.
• Ensure SEO best practices are applied to department websites and digital media.
• Collaborate with media, technical, and policy teams to align communication strategies.

The positions are project-based and valid until June 30, 2026. Selected candidates will be notified for test or interview through official communication.

• Educational qualifications must align with the position applied for.
• Experience in relevant creative, content, or SEO fields will be preferred.
