Environment Protection and Climate Change Department Punjab Jobs 2025 – Strategic Communication Cell

The Environment Protection and Climate Change Department, Government of Punjab, is hiring qualified candidates for multiple creative and digital roles under the ADP Scheme “Strategic Communication Cell.” These positions are based in Lahore and aim to enhance environmental awareness and digital communication outreach across Punjab.

Available Positions

• Animator – 1 Post
• Motion Graphics Artist – 1 Post
• Content Creator (English) – 1 Post
• SEO Expert – 1 Post

Selected candidates will be part of the Strategic Communication Cell and will create multimedia content, manage online communication campaigns, and support environmental education projects. The roles involve collaboration with the Strategic Planning and Implementation Unit (SPIU) to ensure effective outreach through creative media and digital strategies.

• Applicants must hold a domicile of Punjab Province.
• Relevant education and experience in creative design, digital content, or SEO management.
• Experience in multimedia production or content strategy will be preferred.
