Front Desk Executive (Female)

Job Description

Blue Group of Companies is looking for a professional and friendly Female Front Desk Executive to manage our reception area and provide exceptional service to visitors and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to appropriate departments
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as per company protocols
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
  • Provide accurate information about the company, its services, and general inquiries
  • Handle administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document management
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area at all times
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth office operations
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Support HR and administrative teams with various tasks as needed


Requirement

  • Previous experience as a Front Desk Executive, Receptionist, or similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu
  • Professional appearance and pleasant personality
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Customer service-oriented mindset
  • Ability to handle pressure and maintain composure in busy situations
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
