GRAPHIC DESIGNER

NXT Labs is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to join our design team for night shift operations. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse visual design projects while contributing to our brand identity and marketing initiatives in a collaborative environment.

Creative Responsibilities

• Design compelling visual content for digital and print marketing materials
• Create engaging social media graphics, web banners, and promotional content
• Develop brand identity elements and maintain consistency across all design projects
• Collaborate with marketing and development teams to produce effective visual solutions
• Design user interface elements for web and mobile applications
• Prepare final artwork files for various output formats and platforms
• Stay updated with design trends and implement innovative creative concepts

• Proven experience in graphic design with strong portfolio demonstrating creativity
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Understanding of typography, color theory, and visual composition principles
• Experience with web design and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS preferred
• Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards
• Strong communication skills for client and team collaboration
• Flexibility to work night shift hours effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field preferred
