INTERNATIONAL CLIENT LIAISON OFFICER

Deploy Private Limited is recruiting an International Client Liaison Officer to serve as the primary point of contact for international clients and ensure exceptional service delivery while maintaining professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients via phone calls
• Address customer queries promptly and provide accurate, helpful information
• Record, track, and follow up on client concerns until complete resolution
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with international clients
• Ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction levels

• Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Prior experience in customer service, liaison, or call center roles preferred
• Ability to work flexible international time zones
• Strong problem-solving and customer handling capabilities
