Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Associate to join our team. This is a full-time remote role, ideal for candidates with 1–3 years of legal or compliance experience, particularly within real estate or professional services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct legal research and provide analysis on business issues, regulatory requirements, and industry-specific compliance matters.
  • Draft, review, and assist in negotiating contracts, service agreements, NDAs, and other legal documents.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with local and international legal standards.
  • Support senior legal counsel in client consultations, risk assessments, and strategic initiatives.
  • Organize and maintain legal documents, client files, and regulatory submissions.
  • Assist in developing and implementing internal legal policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with external legal advisors when necessary.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
  • 1–3 years of experience in a legal, compliance, or regulatory role—experience in real estate law or professional services is preferred.
  • Strong skills in legal research, contract review, and document drafting.
  • Familiarity with real estate transactions, leasing, land use regulations, and property law is an asset.
  • Proficiency with legal databases and digital communication platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Loop, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and client service orientation.
