Legal Counsel

As a Legal Counsel at CureMD, you will support the legal department in contract management, compliance monitoring, regulatory research, and intellectual property management. This position involves working closely with senior legal staff and contributing to corporate governance initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting and negotiating contracts while ensuring compliance with local and international laws.
• Conduct legal research on regulations relating to data privacy, intellectual property, and corporate law.
• Support pre-litigation dispute resolution and collaborate with external counsel as needed.
• Assist in managing and protecting the company's intellectual property rights and portfolio.
• Contribute to the creation and implementation of corporate governance policies and standards.
• Perform basic legal risk assessments and report findings to senior legal personnel.
• Engage with external stakeholders, regulatory authorities, and business partners.

• LL.B. or LL.M. with at least 2+ years of transactional/corporate legal experience (1 year of litigation experience at a law firm preferred).
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Demonstrated experience in drafting, reviewing, and revising legal agreements.
• Strong legal research skills.
• Availability to work during the U.S. shift.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
