Logistics Manager — European Discount Retailer

We represent one of the largest discount retailers in Europe and are currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Manager to join our team.


Responsibilities
  • Place bookings in the extranet and correspond with the buyer’s import/export department.
  • Follow up with forwarders for vessel schedules and ensure timely handover of goods.
  • Correspond independently with buyers, C&F agents, transporters, and shipping lines.
  • Ensure proper shipment scheduling from the logistics merchandising department.
  • Maintain strong liaison with buyers, suppliers, forwarders, and banks to complete documentation on time for smooth export and import operations.
  • Follow up on commercial invoices, packing lists, and detailed packing lists for export shipments.

Requirement

Qualifications
  • Minimum university graduate.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong command over MS Office.
  • Thorough knowledge of export documentation.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with a logistics company, preferably a freight forwarder.
  • Age between 30–40 years
Job Specification
  • Must have proven experience as a Logistics Manager in a reputable logistics company.
  • Experience in companies like Kuehne + Nagel (Pvt) Ltd or similar organizations will be preferred.
