Manager Accounts / Receivables

A transport company having long vehicles fleet required Manager Accounts/receivables on site 5 KM from Raiwind city.

Applicant must have ERP & work experience 3 to 7 years with a professional / master’s degree in accounting/finance The candidate will manage/ Supervise/ give training a team of 5-10 people

DAILY

1- Check & verification CRV's, CPV's, BPV's, BRV's, Invoices, Bills, JV's, other transactions
2- Prepare checks
3- Check Disel & Store data
4- Bank reconciliation
5- Recovery & customers reconciliation- TOP PRIORITY
6- Maintain records
7- Any other task related to accounts/finance

WEEKLY

1- Recovery comprehensive report
2- Weekly Accounts/finance reports

MONTHLY

1- Final reporting, P&L, Closing, Vehicle P&L, Overheads, Variance analysis, Closing
2- PRA ST reporting to consultant
3- Any other task related to accounts/finance

YEARLY

1- Yearly reporting, P&L, Zakat, Vehicle P&L, Co-ordination with auditor
