MANAGER - LEGAL AFFAIRS

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice and guidance on corporate, contractual, and regulatory matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
  • Represent the organization in legal proceedings and liaise with external counsel when required.
  • Handle dispute resolution, litigation, and arbitration matters.
  • Advise management on potential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Requirement

Qualification & Experience:

  • LLB/LLM from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in corporate/legal affairs.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate law, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
