Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice and guidance on corporate, contractual, and regulatory matters.
Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
Represent the organization in legal proceedings and liaise with external counsel when required.
Handle dispute resolution, litigation, and arbitration matters.
Advise management on potential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Requirement
Qualification & Experience:
LLB/LLM from a recognized institution.
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in corporate/legal affairs.
Strong knowledge of corporate law, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
