Appointments are on a contract basis and processed through the National Testing Service (NTS). Quota distribution is defined by province, and final selection will be made after written tests and required verifications.

• Must not have been penalized or found guilty of misconduct.
• Valid departmental permission from current employer.
• Written test conducted by NTS is mandatory.
