Ministry of Defence Jobs 2025 – Assistant Director, Clerk, Engineer & Technical Staff

The Ministry of Defence, Government of Pakistan, invites applications from qualified Pakistani nationals for multiple positions across various departments. These positions offer permanent employment under the Federal Government with opportunities for professional development and growth.

Vacant positions include Assistant Director, Assistant, Traffic Analyst Supervisor, Traffic Analyst, Sub Divisional Officer (BS-14), Charge Nurse, Assistant, Sub Engineer-II, Upper Division Clerk (UDC), Lower Division Clerk (LDC), Operator Special, Technical Monitoring Staff, and Security Assistant.

• Assist in administrative, operational, and analytical duties as assigned by respective departments.
• Manage official correspondence, documentation, and record maintenance.
• Conduct field and office-related coordination as per departmental needs.
• Prepare reports, summaries, and technical notes related to assigned functions.
• Operate technical systems, monitoring setups, and communication tools where required.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with Ministry of Defence policies.

Applicants will be appointed according to merit, provincial, and regional quotas. Women, minorities, and disabled persons are encouraged to apply as per government policy.

• Assistant Director: Second Class or Grade “C” Master’s or equivalent degree (BS-17).
• Assistant: Graduation (BS-15).
• Traffic Analyst Supervisor: Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience (BS-16).
• Traffic Analyst: Graduation or equivalent qualification (BS-14).
• Sub Divisional Officer (BS-14): Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or DAE (Civil).
• Charge Nurse: Diploma in Nursing with registration from PNC (BS-16).
• Sub Engineer-II: DAE in relevant discipline (BS-11).
• UDC: Intermediate with typing speed of 30 w.p.m. (BS-11).
• LDC: Matriculation with typing speed of 30 w.p.m. (BS-09).
• Operator Special: Intermediate or equivalent qualification (BS-09).
• Technical Monitoring Staff: Matric or equivalent qualification with relevant experience (BS-09).
• Security Assistant: Matriculation or equivalent qualification (BS-09).

Applicants must meet the age criteria of 18 to 35 years. Age relaxation will be granted under government rules for relevant categories.
