Monitoring & Evaluation Officer (PPS-08/09) – Planning Commission

The Ministry of Planning, Development and Special Initiatives is hiring a Monitoring & Evaluation Officer for the PSDP project “National Economic Transformation & 5Es Unit (NETU)” on a contract basis. The role focuses on monitoring project activities, evaluating program performance, and preparing progress reports.

The contract is initially for two years, extendable based on performance. Maximum age limit is 50 years.

• PhD or Master’s degree in Public Administration, Project Management, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in M&E, project reporting, communications, public relations, marketing, or related areas.

• Strong reporting, analytical, and coordination skills.
