Job Description

Punjab Provincial Cooperative Bank Limited (PPCBL) is inviting applications from qualified professionals for multiple banking positions including Dy. Head Information Security (01), Manager Credit Analytics and Reporting (03), Officer Credit Administration (02), Manager CPU (01), and Officer Settlement and Internal Regulatory Reporting (01). The bank operates across Punjab with a focus on agricultural financing and digital banking growth.

As part of the team, you will be involved in financial management, credit analysis, compliance, system security, and regulatory operations. The roles are designed to enhance organizational performance and ensure that all banking activities comply with the policies and standards set by the State Bank of Pakistan.

  • Oversee and manage information security, governance, and protection measures.
  • Develop and maintain frameworks, policies, and procedures related to financial and digital operations.
  • Prepare and analyze credit reports, maintain accurate records, and support decision-making processes.
  • Monitor customer data management, ensure timely loan processing, and verify account details.
  • Handle settlement operations, interbank transactions, and regulatory reporting activities.
  • Coordinate with teams to ensure accurate submission of information to relevant authorities.

The selected candidates will work in collaboration with management teams, ensuring smooth financial and operational workflows while maintaining compliance and security standards across all departments.

Requirement

Candidates must fulfill the educational and professional criteria outlined below. Each position requires strong analytical, technical, and communication skills, along with relevant experience in the banking or financial sector.

Dy. Head Information Security

  • Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university.
  • Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience with at least 3 years in a similar position.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity policies, frameworks, and risk management.
  • Experience working with information system governance and data protection.

Manager Credit Analytics & Reporting

  • Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university.
  • Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience with at least 2 years in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in credit analysis, reporting tools, and financial data management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Officer Credit Administration (Faisalabad & Bahawalpur)

  • Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in credit processing and loan management.
  • Ability to ensure compliance with SBP regulations and audit requirements.

Manager CPU

  • Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university.
  • Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience with 2 years in a similar position.
  • Experience in customer onboarding, account verification, and compliance review.

Officer Settlement & Internal Regulatory Reporting

  • Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in settlement, reconciliations, or regulatory reporting.
  • Knowledge of ATM, POS, mobile banking, and interbank transactions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and data management tools.
