PROJECT/ACCOUNT MANAGER

Project & Account Management Responsibilities

• Manage comprehensive end-to-end software projects and oversee key client accounts
• Serve as primary bridge between technical development teams and international clients
• Ensure smooth project delivery while maintaining high standards of client satisfaction
• Foster and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional service
• Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables using project management tools
• Monitor project progress and proactively address potential issues or risks
• Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and development teams

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in tech/software project management or account management
• Strong expertise with project management tools including JIRA and Asana
• Comprehensive understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and practices
• Excellent client communication and relationship management skills
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Experience working with international clients and cross-cultural communication
• Immediate availability for joining preferred
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred
