Roles & Responsibilities

• Teach coding in a fun & engaging way to school students via online classes.
• Inspire students to learn coding at a young age.
• Assess student progress, evaluate assignments, and provide constructive feedback.
• Be available for at least 135 hours per month, especially evenings on weekdays and longer hours on weekends (Saturday & Sunday mandatory).
• Teach 1:1 from the comfort of your home.
• Conduct regular feedback sessions with parents/guardians.

Earnings & Training

You can earn anywhere from PKR 45,000 to 150,000 per month depending on your availability. Professional training is provided at the beginning, along with regular teacher development sessions. Work with a young and smart team committed to inspiring school kids to fall in love with coding.

• Passion for teaching school students; prior experience is a plus.
• Curious mind with an engineering or coding background.
• Shift timings between 4 PM to 10 PM.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Hindi or other local languages is a plus.
• Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
• Laptop with camera & microphone and a good internet connection.
• Computer Science degree or coding background is required.
