Recruiter - Work From Home/ REMOTE

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates, while also managing screening processes such as background checks, reference checks, and other compliance requirements.

The position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as an excellent command of English in both written and spoken form.

The ideal candidate will be able to identify reliable and professional individuals who meet company standards, while ensuring that all compliance practices are followed throughout recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage job ads and recruitment content on social media to attract candidates and promote the company’s brand.
  • Source and recruit qualified candidates through job postings, referrals, job fairs, and other channels.
  • Conduct phone interviews to assess candidates’ experience, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and other pre-employment verifications.
  • Work closely with other departments to align recruiting efforts with company needs.

Requirement

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous recruiting or HR experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines.
