SECTION EXECUTIVE

Chase Up is seeking a Section Executive for our Gujranwala Store location. This role offers excellent opportunities to manage retail operations while contributing to efficient store management and customer service excellence in our menswear section.

Section Management Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operations of the gents section in Gujranwala store
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction standards
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain for stock replenishment
• Supervise section staff and provide guidance on sales techniques and customer service
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve section targets
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and attractive product displays
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure prompt resolution
