Senior Customer Sales and Service Agent

Role Overview

As a Senior Customer Sales & Service Agent, you’ll deliver exceptional service to customers, ensuring every interaction reflects Emirates’ world-class standards. Responsibilities include:

• Selling and issuing tickets, advising on fares and travel requirements including visas, health, and check-in.
• Proactively identifying opportunities to promote Emirates products such as Skywards membership, upgrades, Dubai stopovers, and hotel bookings.
• Managing complex cases including special service requests, medical assistance, and travel agent support.
• Supporting team leaders and guiding colleagues when needed.

Qualification

• GCSE/A Level (or equivalent) education.
• Experience in a contact centre or airline/travel industry.
• Solid knowledge of fares and ticketing.
• Strong PC skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
