SENIOR D365 FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT

Maison Consulting is seeking a Senior D365 Functional Consultant to lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations and provide strategic business solutions. This role offers excellent opportunities to work with cutting-edge ERP technology while driving digital transformation initiatives.

Functional Consulting Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations
• Gather, analyze, and translate complex business requirements into effective functional solutions
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless system integration and optimal performance
• Provide expert post-go-live support and continuous process improvement recommendations
• Configure D365 modules including Finance, Supply Chain, and other business operations
• Conduct user training sessions and develop comprehensive documentation
• Lead client workshops and facilitate stakeholder engagement throughout project lifecycle

Required Expertise

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Strong functional knowledge in Finance and other core business operations modules
• Proven experience with full lifecycle D365 implementations from planning to go-live
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills for stakeholder management
• Understanding of business processes and ability to optimize workflows through technology
• Microsoft certifications (MB-310, MB-500, MB-300, etc.) are highly advantageous
• Experience in solution design and business process optimization
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
