SENIOR ESTIMATOR

We need demonstrated proficiency in project cost analysis, quantity calculations, and proposal development for global projects. Candidates must possess working knowledge with American and/or Australian markets.

Essential Qualifications:

• Established competency in project cost analysis
• Background in quantity calculations
• International proposal development expertise
• Working history with American and/or Australian markets
• Prepared for professional growth

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed cost estimation for construction and engineering projects
• Perform accurate quantity take-offs from architectural and engineering drawings
• Prepare comprehensive bid proposals for international clients
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate project scoping
• Review and analyze project specifications and requirements
• Maintain updated knowledge of material costs and labor rates
• Support business development activities through competitive pricing strategies

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in cost estimation and quantity surveying
• Proficiency in estimation software (CostX, Bluebeam, AutoCAD)
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Strong communication skills for client interaction
