Scope:
Full-time position (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities:
Provide level 2-3 IT support services for managed service clients
Work with Microsoft-based technologies including Azure, Office 365, and Intune
Develop and implement automation and integration solutions with existing tooling
Support cybersecurity initiatives and implementations
Handle complex technical issues that require senior-level expertise
Collaborate on MSP operations and client service delivery
Requirements
5-10 years of MSP (Managed Service Provider) experience
Strong expertise in Microsoft technologies (Azure, Office 365, Intune)
Experience with automation and integration development
Cybersecurity knowledge and experience
Level 2-3 technical support capabilities
Ability to hit the ground running with minimal training
