Core Responsibilities

• Create stunning motion graphics and animations for various digital platforms and marketing campaigns
• Develop engaging video content with compelling storytelling and smooth transitions
• Design and animate graphics for social media, websites, promotional videos, and brand presentations
• Collaborate with creative teams to conceptualize and execute visual narratives that align with brand objectives
• Edit and enhance video footage using industry-standard software to produce polished final products
• Incorporate typography, visual effects, and sound design to create immersive experiences
• Maintain brand consistency across all motion design projects
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines
• Stay updated with the latest trends in motion design, animation techniques, and visual storytelling

• 2-4 years of proven experience in motion graphics and animation
• Expert proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Figma
• Strong grasp of animation principles, color theory, and visual storytelling techniques
• Excellent sense of timing, pacing, and rhythm in motion design
• Ability to create both 2D and basic 3D animations
• Experience with sound design and audio synchronization
• Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse motion graphics projects
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and artistic vision
• Ability to work onsite and collaborate effectively with team members
