SENIOR OFFICER - REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

Adamjee Insurance Company Limited is seeking a Senior Officer for Regulatory Compliance to strengthen our compliance framework. This role offers excellent opportunities to work in financial services compliance while ensuring adherence to AML/CFT regulations and UAE regulatory requirements.

Compliance Responsibilities

• Support comprehensive review of AML/CFT compliance framework and ensure alignment with UAE regulatory requirements
• Assist in detecting activities potentially related to money laundering, terrorism financing, or other financial crimes
• Support the Compliance Manager and MLRO in developing effective risk mitigation strategies
• Maintain detailed and comprehensive records of all compliance-related submissions and regulatory correspondence
• Analyze transactions and customer activities to identify suspicious patterns and anomalies
• Prepare compliance reports and documentation for regulatory authorities
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess impact on organizational compliance requirements

Required Qualifications

• MBA or BBA from recognized institution
• 2-3 years of experience in regulatory compliance, preferably in financial services or insurance
• Strong understanding of AML/CFT regulations and compliance frameworks
• Knowledge of UAE regulatory requirements and international compliance standards
• Experience in transaction monitoring and suspicious activity detection
• Analytical skills for identifying patterns and conducting compliance assessments
• Excellent documentation and record-keeping abilities
• Professional certifications in compliance or anti-money laundering preferred
