Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Execution:
Oversee and manage day-to-day on-site construction activities.
Ensure that project plans and specifications are being followed accurately.
2. Quality Assurance:
Implement and monitor quality control procedures on-site.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets established standards.
3. Safety Compliance:
Enforce and promote safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
Conduct safety briefings and inspections to prevent accidents.
4. Contract Award Management:
Search for labor contractors for different works.
Preparation of CS and approvals for labor contracts.
Work awards to contractors.
Record keeping and entry of contracts in ERP.
Verification of bills of contractors.
5. Record Keeping in ERP:
Entry of BOQs in ERP system.
Raise MRFs for materials required to be purchased.
Coordination with stores for the issuance of materials.
Record keeping of materials issued.
6. Coordination:
Align project goals with engineers and stakeholders.
Communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
7. Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
Prepare progress reports, daily logs, and other relevant records.
Requirement
Job Specification
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience of 10 years as a Site Engineer in construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety protocols.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
