Tender Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Tender Specialist to manage the complete tender process — from opportunity identification to submission and post-bid follow-up. The ideal candidate should have at least 3–5 years of proven experience in government tenders, preferably in Sindh and federal projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Search and track tender opportunities daily on PPRA, SPPRA, and departmental sites.
  • Prepare, compile, and submit complete tender documentation as per requirements.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, OEMs, and internal teams for pricing and compliance.
  • Ensure timely submission of bids with 100% documentation accuracy.
  • Maintain a database of bids, bid securities, and submission outcomes.
  • Follow up with clients/departments post-submission for updates.

Requirement

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Business, Commerce, or Engineering preferred).
  • 3–5 years of tender preparation and submission experience.
  • Excellent skills in MS Word, Excel, and PDF editing.
  • Familiarity with bid bonds, performance guarantees, and procurement rules.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
