TRAINEE NETWORK ENGINEER

TES is offering a Trainee TAC (Technical Assistance Center) position for male fresh graduates in the telecom/ISP industry. This 6-month program provides comprehensive training with potential for permanent employment for exceptional performers.

Training Responsibilities

• Monitor comprehensive network performance metrics and respond promptly to system alerts
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues, IP conflicts, and network-related technical problems
• Escalate complex network incidents and assist senior engineers in resolution processes
• Support system updates, upgrades, and configuration changes under supervision
• Maintain detailed operational logs and generate network performance reports
• Learn advanced network management systems and telecom industry best practices
• Participate in continuous learning and professional development activities

• Fresh graduate in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering
• Strong interest and passion for networking and telecommunications technology
• Good understanding of telecom principles, routing, and switching concepts
• Knowledge of Network Management Systems (NMS) and ISP operations
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
• Eagerness to learn and grow within telecom industry environment
