- Responsibilities:
- Perform assigned teaching, administrative, or support duties as per post.
- Maintain operational discipline in assigned department or section.
- Assist in daily educational, clerical, or maintenance tasks.
- Compensation: Market-based as per experience and BPS scale

- Submit the filled form with attested copies of degrees, CNIC, domicile, and two photos.
- Attach Bank Draft or Challan in favor of the University of Kotli (fee details available online).
- Send or submit by hand to the Registrar, University Secretariat, Kotli AJK before 25-10-2025.

- Foreign degrees must be recognized by HEC.
- Government employees should apply through the proper channel.
- Incomplete or late applications will not be accepted.
Requirement
- Education:
- Lecturer: Master’s / MPhil in Urdu as per HEC criteria
- Staff Nurse: BS Nursing or Registered Nurse with Diploma
- Junior Clerk: Intermediate with typing speed of 25 wpm
- Driver / Tractor Driver / HTV Conductor: Middle with valid driving license
- Sweeper / Naib Qasid / Mali: Primary / Literate
- Experience:
- 1–5 Years (depending on post)
- Experience in government or educational institutions preferred
- Skills:
- Typing and clerical work for administrative roles
- Driving and vehicle maintenance for driver posts
- Teaching and communication for lecturer roles
- Age Limit: As per government rules
- Gender: Male / Female (as applicable per post)
