Accounts Officer

Job Description


  • Document and organize receipts, vouchers, cash transactions, bills, accounts, and utility costs
  • Support daily administrative tasks, financial operations, and banking reconciliations
  • Update sales, collection, and inventory records using Excel regularly
  • Create weekly cost summaries, pending reports, and sales analyses
  • Contribute to monthly documentation, cost/collection reports, and membership data
  • Maintain precise filing, record-keeping, compliance, and information management
  • Support and collaborate with senior accounting personnel on relevant duties
  • Create fundamental financial summaries for leadership


Requirement


  • Academic Background: B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance/Accounts)
  • Background: 1 year experience preferred, entry-level candidates welcome
  • Technical Skills: Fundamental accounting knowledge & MS Excel proficiency
  • Personal Qualities: Dedicated commitment to professional development
