Baroque, a leading fashion retail brand, is hiring an experienced Merchandiser to support its women’s apparel collections. This role focuses on coordinating design, production, and sourcing activities to ensure timely and commercially successful seasonal launches.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate closely with Design Studio and Production teams for timely execution of collections.
• Translate design concepts into commercially viable products aligned with brand strategy.
• Develop and manage production timelines, order sheets, and production follow-ups.
• Ensure availability of fabrics, trims, and accessories as per production requirements.
• Monitor sampling, approvals, and bulk production status.
• Track production progress to meet seasonal launch deadlines.
• Liaise with sourcing and procurement teams for costing and material sourcing.
• Maintain accurate records of styles, quantities, costing, and delivery schedules.
• Identify and resolve issues related to quality, delays, or design feasibility.
• Support merchandising aligned with fast-fashion cycles and women’s apparel trends.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3 to 4 years of experience as a Merchandiser in women’s clothing brands preferred.
• Strong understanding of fashion production processes and seasonal cycles.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced fashion retail environment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
