Administrative Assistant - (Full Time, Office Based Job - Lahore Residents only)

Skyline Technical Resources is providing opportunities to students and recent graduates in the areas of Finance, Business, Accounting, Computer Science, and Human Resources. We are seeking a Detail-Oriented and Organized Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. This role requires strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, excellent typing skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The position will provide valuable experience with an American based Financial Firm with head office in Texas. This position is in night shift according to U.S. Business hours.

Key Responsibilities

Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, document preparation, and email correspondence

Draft and format documents, reports, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Manage and organize files, both physical and digital

Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars

Assist with the coordination of office activities and internal communications

Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed

Rs20,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month

Requirement

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Strong typing skills (minimum 50+ WPM preferred)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience in an administrative or clerical role

Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word, and Excel

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Self-directed and able to tasks without direct supervision

Able to communicate project needs

Energetic and eager to tackle new projects
