Genesis Holdings is seeking an Assistant Manager Finance to strengthen our expanding Finance Team. This role provides excellent opportunities to contribute to strategic financial management while advancing career growth in our progressive business environment.

Core Responsibilities

  • Support comprehensive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
  • Assist in financial and performance analysis (FP&A) and management reporting
  • Coordinate treasury operations and assist in cash flow management
  • Support taxation activities and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Participate in internal and external audit processes and documentation
  • Prepare detailed financial reports and analytical presentations for management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives

Requirement

  • Proven experience in finance and accounting functions
  • Background in budgeting, financial planning, and analysis
  • Knowledge of treasury operations and cash management principles
  • Understanding of taxation and regulatory compliance requirements
  • Experience with internal and external audit processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Professional qualification or progress toward ACCA, CA, CPA preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
